Juan Luis Navarro Mesa

Juan Luis Navarro Mesa is a telecommunications engineer and researcher born in La Gomera, Canary Islands, Spain, in 1966. He holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in telecommunications and serves as an external lecturer at Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. His research focuses on communication systems, wireless sensor networks, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and expert systems in biomedical and meteorological applications.
