Juan 1529?-1588 Huarte

Juan Huarte de San Juan (c. 1529–1588) was a Spanish physician and philosopher best known for *Examen de ingenios para las ciencias* (1575), a pioneering work on individual differences in talent and temperament.[1][2][6] He is often regarded as an early precursor of differential psychology and neuropsychology because he linked mental abilities to bodily and constitutional factors.[6][9]
