Jr. Richard O. Zerbe

Richard O. Zerbe Jr. is an economist and professor known for his work in law and economics, environmental ethics, regulation, and benefit-cost analysis. He joined the Evans School faculty at the University of Washington in 1981 and holds a Ph.D. in economics from Duke University and an A.B. from the University of Oklahoma.
