Joyce Pounds Hardy

Joyce Pounds Hardy was a Houston native and Rice University graduate who authored books including 'Roads to Forgotten Texas: Poems and Photography' and 'Surviving Aunt Ruth,' a collection of vignettes about caregiving. She received the Texas Writers Recognition Award, a $2000 grant. She passed away on March 22, 2018, at age 92.
