Joshua W. Jipp

Joshua W. Jipp is an associate professor of New Testament at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois, where he has taught since 2012.[2][3][8] He earned his PhD in New Testament Studies from Emory University in 2012, a ThM from Duke Divinity School, an MDiv from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and a BA from Northwestern College.[1][2][5] His publications include *Divine Visitations and Hospitality to Strangers in Luke-Acts*, *Christ Is King: Paul’s Royal Ideology*, and *Saved by Faith and Hospitality*, with essays in journals such as *Journal of Biblical Literature* and *New Testament Studies*.[2][3][6]
