Joseph E Mersand

Joseph E. Mersand was an American educator and author, best known for his contributions to English education and drama literature. He wrote numerous textbooks and anthologies for high school students, and served as a supervisor of English in the New York City school system. Mersand also published critical works on modern drama and was a prominent figure in mid-20th-century education.
