Jonathan Ed Elliot

Jonathan Elliot (1784–1846) was an English-American printer, newspaper editor, and publisher best known for compiling influential historical document collections. His works included the three-volume Debates on the state ratifying conventions of the U.S. Constitution and Resolutions on the Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions, which were long used as reference texts.
