Jon Meacham
Jon Meacham is an American historian, biographer, and writer born on May 20, 1969, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He won the Pulitzer Prize in 2009 for his biography of Andrew Jackson, *American Lion*, and has authored several other presidential biographies including those of Thomas Jefferson, George H. W. Bush, and Abraham Lincoln. Currently, he serves as Canon Historian of the Washington National Cathedral and holds the Carolyn T. and Robert M. Rogers Chair in the American Presidency at Vanderbilt University.[1][2][3][5]
