Jon McNeill

Jon McNeill is a serial entrepreneur, business executive, and author who founded and scaled six companies before serving as President of Global Sales and Service at Tesla from 2015 to 2018, where he oversaw a 10x revenue increase, and as COO of Lyft from 2018 to 2019. He is the co-founder and CEO of DVx Ventures, a venture studio, and serves on the boards of General Motors, Lululemon, CrossFit, and others. In March 2026, he published 'The Algorithm,' a business book on scaling organizations.[1][2][3]
