Johnny Molloy
Johnny Molloy is a self-employed outdoor writer based in Johnson City, Tennessee, who has authored over 85 books on hiking, paddling, camping, backpacking, and outdoor adventures across 28 states.[1][6][8] A native Tennessean born in Memphis, he moved to Knoxville to attend the University of Tennessee, where he earned a degree in Economics in 1987 and developed his passion for the natural world.[1][4] As a Christian and member of First Presbyterian Church, he continues to explore and write about outdoor activities.[3][4]
