John Williams
John Williams (born February 8, 1932) is an American composer and conductor renowned for creating some of the most iconic film scores in history, including those for Star Wars, Jaws, and collaborations with directors like Steven Spielberg and George Lucas.[1][4] Over his seven-decade career, he has composed for over a hundred films, blending romanticism, impressionism, and complex orchestration, while also serving as conductor for orchestras like the Boston Pops.[1][3] He holds the record for the most Academy Award nominations for a living person (45-50), with five Oscars, numerous Grammys, BAFTAs, and other honors.[2][3]
