John Speirs

Professor John Spiers (born 1941) is a British freelance writer, author, and healthcare policy advisor who has contributed to major publications including The Sunday Times and The Guardian. He founded and managed academic publishing companies including The Harvester Press and Wheatsheaf Books, and served as an External Professor at the University of Glamorgan.
