John S Bay

Dr. John S. Bay is a scientist and senior executive in the Air Force Research Laboratory, serving as Chief Scientist of the Information Directorate in Rome, N.Y., where he advances information systems science and technology for aerospace command and control. His research interests include control systems, command and control, biomechanics, machine learning, and embedded systems. He is the author or co-author of more than 60 publications.
