John Roch

John Roche is an American author and professor who earned his MFA from Western Connecticut State University in 2012 and serves as a faculty mentor and full-time member of the WCSU Writing Department, leading the undergraduate journalism program.[1] Following a 25-year career as an award-winning journalist primarily covering the Bronx, where he was born and raised, he published his debut crime novel *Bronx Bound* based on his MFA thesis.[1][3] He continues to freelance in journalism, write a second novel, and pursue other creative projects.[1]
