John Reynolds

John Reynolds (c.1588–c.1655) was an English merchant and writer from Exeter who authored 'The Triumphs of God’s Revenge,' a collection of violent stories on marriage, adultery, and murder. His politically charged pamphlets led to his imprisonment in England, and he is known for his strong Reformed Protestant beliefs. No confirmed portrait of him exists today.
