John Raymaker

John Raymaker, born in Brussels, Belgium, is a former Roman Catholic priest and missionary who served in Japan from 1965 to 2003 before becoming a writer. He lectured at Hosei University and taught as a professor at Junshin University, authoring books on philosophy bridging Nishida's Kyoto School, Lonergan, and Japanese Buddhism. He holds a Ph.D. in interdisciplinary social ethics from Marquette University and resides in Homburg, Germany.
