John Mosley

John W. Mosley was a self-taught photojournalist who documented African-American life and culture in Philadelphia for more than 30 years. His work captured both everyday community events and major figures of the 20th century, and he was among the first Black syndicated photographers published in newspapers and magazines such as The Philadelphia Tribune, The Pittsburgh Courier, and Jet.[1][8]
