John Mark Comer is a teacher, writer, and founder of Practicing the Way, having served as the founding pastor of Bridgetown Church in Portland, Oregon, for nearly two decades before transitioning to his current role. He is a New York Times bestselling author of books including Practicing the Way, The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry, and Live No Lies, focusing on spiritual formation and Christian discipleship. He lives with his wife Tammy (T) and their three children, Jude, Moses, and Sunday, now in Topanga Canyon, LA, after years in Portland.
