John M. Henderson

John Henderson is an American researcher, consultant, and professor specializing in Management Information Systems, best known for co-developing the Risk 3 model for Business IT Alignment with N. Venkatraman. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin and has published extensively in journals such as Management Science, Sloan Management Review, and MIS Quarterly. His research focuses on managerial strategic alliances, aligning business and IT strategies, and valuing IT investments; he serves as a Department Editor for Management Science and professor at Boston University.[3]
