John Jeavons

John Jeavons is the Executive Director of the non-profit Ecology Action and the leading exponent of the GROW BIOINTENSIVE® sustainable mini-farming method, a small-scale, high-yielding agricultural approach he developed. He is a cofounder of Ecology Action and the father of the modern biointensive gardening movement, having spent over 45 years teaching and developing this closed-system organic food production model. His best-known book, 'How to Grow More Vegetables,' is used in over 150 countries worldwide.
