John J. McNeill

John J. McNeill (1925–2015) was an American Catholic priest, psychotherapist, and academic theologian best known as a pioneer of queer theology. He became widely known for challenging the Catholic Church’s condemnation of same-gender relationships and for advocating for lesbian and gay Christians.[1][2][5]
