John Ferling
John E. Ferling (born January 10, 1940) is a professor emeritus of history at the University of West Georgia and a leading historian specializing in the American Revolution and founding era[1][3]. He has authored thirteen books, including biographies of George Washington and John Adams, and has appeared in documentaries on PBS, the History Channel, and C-SPAN[1][2]. Ferling retired from teaching to focus on writing[1].
