John Feinstein
John Feinstein was an American sportswriter, author, and sports commentator best known for his bestselling book "A Season on the Brink," which offered a behind-the-scenes look at Bob Knightâs Indiana basketball team. He wrote more than 45 books spanning sports journalism, including college basketball, golf, football, baseball, and tennis, and was a longtime contributor to The Washington Post. Feinstein died in 2025 at age 69.
