John Eastman
John Eastman is a contemporary American author and legal scholar known for works on constitutional law and political commentary, though he is more widely recognized as a disbarred lawyer who advised former President Donald Trump during the 2020 election. He is the founding director of the Claremont Institute's Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence and a former professor at Chapman University's Fowler School of Law.
