John E. Morley

John E. Morley, MB, BCh, is a distinguished Professor Emeritus of Geriatric Medicine and the Dammert Professor of Gerontology at Saint Louis University School of Medicine, where he also directs the Geriatric Research, Education, and Clinical Center. Born in South Africa, he completed his medical degree there before moving to the United States in 1977 for a fellowship in endocrinology, and he has since edited over 20 books and published more than 1,400 papers on gerontology, nutrition, and neuropeptides.
