John Coffey

John Coffey is a British historian and professor of early modern history at the University of Leicester, known for his work on religion, politics, and ideas in the Protestant Atlantic world from roughly 1600 to 1850. He has taught at Leicester since 1999 and is associated with scholarship on Puritanism, toleration, and the history of Christianity.
