John C. Abbott

John Stevens Cabot Abbott (1805–1877), often cited as John S. C. Abbott, was an American historian, pastor, and pedagogical writer known for his accessible historical narratives and biographies of figures like Napoleon Bonaparte and George Washington[1][3].
