John Boyne
John Boyne is an Irish novelist born in Dublin in 1971, best known for his 2006 novel The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas, which has sold over 11 million copies worldwide and been adapted into multiple formats including film, theater, ballet, and opera. He has authored fourteen novels for adults, six for younger readers, and a collection of short stories, with his works translated into over 50 languages and winning three Irish Book Awards.
