John A. Hunter

John A. Hunter was a professional big-game hunter and safari guide who spent much of his life in Africa during the early to mid-20th century. He later served as chairman of Tanganyika National Parks and is best known for his memoir Hunter, which recounts his experiences hunting and game control in East Africa.
