Joe Frank

Joe Frank (born Joseph Langermann) was an American writer, teacher, and radio performer known for his philosophical, humorous, surreal, and sometimes absurd monologues and radio dramas. Born in Strasbourg, France, he became best known for his distinctive spoken-word work and later published a collection of short stories based on his radio material.
