Jody Scaravella

Jody 'Joe' Scaravella is an American restaurateur best known as the founder of Enoteca Maria on Staten Island, New York, opened in 2007 as a tribute to his mother Maria and grandmother, featuring grandmothers ('nonnas') from around the world as rotating chefs preparing traditional homestyle meals.[1][2]
