Jochen Hemmleb

Jochen Hemmleb is a German writer, filmmaker, translator, and lecturer known for his work on the history of mountaineering, especially the disappearance of George Mallory and Andrew Irvine on Mount Everest in 1924. He has written several books on the Everest mystery and is described as a leading expert on Mallory and Irvine.[1] He is also credited with work in film and directing.[2]
