Joanne Finkelstein

Jo-Ann Finkelstein, PhD, is a clinical psychologist educated at Harvard University and Northwestern University, where she earned a Master's in human development and psychology and a PhD in clinical psychology, respectively. She maintains a private practice in Chicago, focusing on the intersections of bias, social justice, and mental health, particularly helping girls build resilience against sexism, and is the author of the award-winning book *Sexism and Sensibility* (Penguin Random House, 2024).
