Jim Wallis
Jim Wallis is an American theologian, writer, and social activist born in Detroit, Michigan, best known as the founder of Sojourners magazine and the Sojourners Christian community. He is a New York Times bestselling author of 13 books who advocates for social justice, racial equality, and peace, and currently holds the inaugural Archbishop Desmond Tutu Chair in Faith and Justice at Georgetown University. Often described as the voice of the religious left, Wallis has been a prominent commentator on ethics, faith, and public life for nearly 50 years.
