Jim Lynch

Jim Lynch (born 1961) is an American author of novels set in the Pacific Northwest, including The Highest Tide (2005), Border Songs (2009), Truth Like the Sun, and Before the Wind (2016). A former journalist who worked for outlets like the Seattle Times and received awards such as the George Polk Award, his works have won the Pacific Northwest Booksellers Award, Washington State Book Award, and been adapted for stage. He lives with his wife in Olympia, Washington.
