Jesse Lerner

Jesse Lerner is a Los Angeles-based filmmaker, curator, and writer known for documentaries that explore Mexican and Latino history, visual culture, and issues of authenticity and representation. His work includes Frontierland, Ruins, The American Egypt, The Atomic Sublime, and The Absent Stone, and he has also coauthored books such as F is for Phony and The Mexperimental Cinema.
