Jeryl L. Mumpower

Jeryl L. Mumpower is Professor Emeritus at Texas A&M University’s Bush School of Government and Public Service, where he served as Director of the Master’s in Public Service and Administration program and head of the Department of Public Service and Administration. His work has focused on negotiation and bargaining, environmental policy, decision making, the use of scientific expertise in public policy, and risk analysis and management, and he has authored or edited nine books along with numerous chapters and articles.
