Jerry Krause
Jerome Richard 'Jerry' Krause was an American sports scout and executive best known as the general manager of the Chicago Bulls from 1985 to 2003, where he built the team that won six NBA championships between 1991 and 1998 with stars like Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen.[1][6] A Chicago native with a background in baseball scouting, he worked for teams including the Baltimore Bullets, Chicago White Sox, and others before leading the Bulls' dynasty and earning NBA Executive of the Year in 1988 and 1996.[5][1] Krause was posthumously inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2017.[1]
