Jerome Gold

Jerome Gold is an American author, publisher, and former rehabilitation counselor whose work spans fiction, nonfiction, and poetry. He is the founder and publisher of Black Heron Press in Anacortes, Washington, and has written or edited sixteen books, including *The Moral Life of Soldiers* and *Paranoia & Heartbreak*. He also served in the U.S. Army Special Forces during the Vietnam War.
