Jeremy Waldron

Jeremy Waldron is a New Zealand legal philosopher and political theorist known for his work on constitutionalism, rights, democracy, and the rule of law. He is a University Professor at New York University School of Law and has also held prominent posts at Oxford University and Victoria University of Wellington.
