Jenny Sue Kostecki-Shaw

Jenny Sue Kostecki-Shaw is a children's book author and illustrator who studied at the Kansas City Art Institute and the Illustration Academy, and worked as an illustrator at Hallmark Cards for 6 years.[1][4] She traveled to Nepal and India, where she learned the phrase "same, same but different" that inspired her award-winning books exploring friendship and cultural differences.[3][4] She lives in the mountains of northern New Mexico with her family.[4]
