Jennifer Gardy
Jennifer Gardy is a Canadian scientist and science communicator known for her work in public health genomics and infectious disease surveillance. She has served as a Senior Scientist at the BC Centre for Disease Control, held a Canada Research Chair in Public Health Genomics, and later became Deputy Director for malaria surveillance, data, and epidemiology at the Gates Foundation. She is also the author of the science book It’s Catching: The Infectious World of Germs and Microbes.
