Jennifer Cleland
Professor Jennifer Cleland is a renowned medical education scholar and occupational/clinical psychologist with over 20 years in the field, currently serving as President’s Chair in Medical Education, Vice-Dean Education at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, NTU Singapore, and Editor-in-Chief of Medical Teacher. She previously directed the Centre for Healthcare Education Research and Innovation (CHERI) at the University of Aberdeen and the Scottish Medical Education Research Consortium. Her research focuses on student selection, diversity in medicine, performance assessment, and career progression, earning awards like the Karolinska Institutet Prize for Research in Medical Education in 2024.
