Jennifer Bay-Williams

Dr. Jennifer Bay-Williams is an internationally respected mathematics educator and prolific author who has been a professor at the University of Louisville since 2006, teaching mathematics education courses to preservice and practicing teachers.[1][2][3] She frequently works in elementary schools to support mathematics teaching and has prior teaching experience in Kansas, Missouri, and Perú.[1] Her work focuses on effective mathematics instruction, math fact fluency, and helping teachers and students attain basic fact proficiency.[1][2][4]
