Jennifer Atkinson

Jennifer Atkinson is an American poet and nonfiction writer known for several award-winning poetry collections, including *The Dogwood Tree*, *The Drowned City*, *Drift Ice*, *Canticle of the Night Path*, and *The Thinking Eye*. Her poetry and nonfiction have both received Pushcart Prizes, and she has taught creative writing and poetry at George Mason University after teaching previously in Nepal, Japan, the University of Iowa, and Washington University.
