Jeff Brown

Jeff Brown is a Canadian author and spiritual teacher born in Toronto, known for his work on self-discovery and grounded spirituality, including the bestselling book *Soulshaping: Adventures in Self-Creation*, which he self-published in 2007 before it was picked up by North Atlantic Books. He pursued conventional success paths like law school and entrepreneurship before shifting to writing and psychology, earning an MA from Saybrook Graduate School. In 2014, he founded Enrealment Press to publish his works and those of other authors.
