Jean-Luc Daval

Jean-Luc Daval is a Swiss art historian and author known for his works on visual arts, including 'History of Abstract Painting' and 'Sculpture: From Antiquity to the Present Day.' He served as Dean of the École supérieure d'art visuel de Genève. Daval has also written on photography's history as an art form from the 1820s to the 1980s.
