Jean-François Moulière

Jean-Baptiste Poquelin, known as Molière, was a 17th-century French actor, playwright, and troupe director born in Paris in 1622 and died in 1673. He is regarded as one of the great masters of comedy, with works that satirize human behavior and social hypocrisy and remain central to world literature.
