Jean-Christophe Attias

Jean-Christophe Attias is a French scholar and Professor of Medieval Jewish Thought at the École Pratique des Hautes Études (EPHE) in Paris, specializing in Jewish philosophy and history from the 6th to 17th centuries. He holds a Ph.D. in Hebrew Studies and has published approximately twenty books translated into multiple languages. As a public intellectual, he is actively involved in combating racism and discrimination, and co-founded the annual Pari(s) du Vivre-Ensemble cultural festival.
