JD Kirk

JD Kirk is the pen name of Barry Hutchison, a multi-award-winning Scottish author, screenwriter, and comics writer born and raised in Fort William in the Highlands of Scotland.[1][2][3] He is best known for his bestselling DCI Jack Logan crime series and Robert Hoon thrillers, having previously written over 140 children's books under his real name.[3][4] Hutchison lives in the Highlands with his wife and two children.[2][4]
